Costs, Payments & Scholarships

How do I pay for classes?

Our online payment system accepts credit cards and debit cards. Note that our payment processing provider, TouchNet PayPath, charges a 3% non-refundable Service Fee, with the minimum fee being $3.00, for processing credit and debit card transactions. Payments by phone or in person are no longer accepted.

Are scholarships available, and how do I apply?

Yes, a limited number of scholarships are available, and seats are reserved for scholarship students. However, the scholarship application deadline for this summer has passed. If you applied for a scholarship before the deadline, please wait to register until after a decision is made. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Enrollment & Registration

Do I need to complete a waiver or emergency form?

All students enrolling in programs on campus are required to complete emergency contact information prior to completing enrollment.

A waiver for students under the age of 18 is required and must be provided by a parent or guardian prior to the start of class. We will send a link to the waiver to the email associated with your account.

Can my teen enroll in more than one class?

Yes! Our new enrollment system will help ensure that you do not enroll in overlapping classes. If you enroll in more than one class, a 10% discount will automatically be applied to your total at checkout.

How do I register multiple students?

Please create a separate account for each student using a different email address.

What happens if my class is waitlisted?

Add your name to the waitlist, and if a space becomes available, you will be automatically notified by email. You will have 24 hours to decide if you want to enroll. If you do not enroll, the space will be offered to the next person on the waitlist and your name will be added back to the bottom of the waitlist.

Can I transfer to a different class?

Students may transfer from one course to another at no charge until 2 weeks prior to the start of the course they are currently enrolled in.

If there is a difference is cost between the course students are enrolled in and transferring to, students are required to pay the difference if the new course costs more or will receive a partial refund if the new course costs less.

Transfers can only be made if there is available space in the new course, registration is still open, and students meet the course requirements or prerequisites. Transfers are subject to staff approval.

What is your cancellation policy?

Students may cancel registration through their account on the Modern Campus student portal. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged starting 48 hours after initial enrollment.

To drop a course, students log into their student profile from the Student Portal and navigate to My Enrollment History, and select Request Drop for that course.

Students may receive a cancellation refund, less the $25 cancellation fee, until 2 weeks prior to the start of the course.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the course
