Always ahead of the curve, ArtCenter students, instructors and alumni are currently imagining where wearables might head next. And while wearable technology will undoubtedly translate to big business, how might this technology change our behavior as human beings?
This question, and many more, will be explored in a Spring 2015 Intel-sponsored Wearables Ecologies course taught by Media Design Practices (MDP) Professor Phil van Allen and Associate Professor Ben Hooker.
Students will have a chance to demonstrate prototypes developed in the class to a group of local, national and international journalists, in town to cover the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair.
