ABOUT THE ALYCE DE ROULET WILLIAMSON GALLERY:  The Alyce de Roulet Williamson Gallery at ArtCenter has established a broad reputation for presenting an ongoing series of exhibitions exploring the intersection of science and art. The exhibition UNCERTAINTY includes 16 artists and scientists who engage ideas and tensions at the frontiers of new scientific knowledge. The exhibition proposes that while certainty is something humans labor to acquire, its opposite is a positive disruptor that activates curious minds and propels them to discovery and innovation. Uncertainty is an irritant to savor.
