COVID-19 update 11/21/22
For those ACX classes that meet on-campus:
After extensive conversations, ArtCenter has decided to modify our current mask mandate to align with state and local health ordinances.
As a community that puts the safety, health and well-being of all first, we ask that everyone be respectful toward those who must continue to wear masks because of post-isolation requirements, approved COVID-19 vaccination exemptions, medical vulnerabilities, those that care for others with vulnerabilities and personal choice.
If you are unable to receive the vaccine for medical reasons or strongly held religious beliefs, you will need to request an exemption and will be required to wear a medical grade mask while on campus. To request an exemption, please send an email to: ehs@artcenter.edu. Be sure to include your status (ACX student, faculty) and ArtCenter ID number. Please allow 3-5 days for your request to be processed.
Submitting vaccine verifications:
If you are vaccinated, please upload a photo or scan of your vaccination and booster records here: vaccination verification form. Use your ArtCenter username and password to log-in and submit the required information.* We recommend completing this process 3-5 days before coming to campus.
*If you have forgotten your username and password, please contact ArtCenter’s Help Desk: helpdesk@artcenter.edu)
When you arrive on campus:
Check in at the Security Desk in the building where your class is scheduled to meet. Bring a copy of your ACX class schedule and be sure to let the security officer know that you are there to attend an on-campus ACX class. Security will check you in via a class list and will issue you a wristband; please wear this wristband while on campus. Repeat this process each time you visit campus.
Hillside Campus: park in the Student Parking lot then follow signs to the Sinclaire Pavilion for check-in.
South Campus: check-in at the security desk for the building you will be visiting.
In the spirit of ensuring a culture of safety, please follow these prevention behaviors:
For all ACX students with ONLINE COURSES
