Biography

Christine Sheller is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in building and managing design + user experience teams. As the senior vice president of Experience Research and Design at O3, a leading CX consultancy, she oversees all aspects of UX research and design, ensuring exceptional customer experiences for clients.

She has led design + UX functions at esteemed organizations such as FS Investments, SIG, Lincoln Financial Group and Motorola, resulting in the creation of numerous award-winning teams.

She has also served on the board of AIGA Philadelphia, where she held various leadership roles, including Membership, In-House, Philadelphia Design Awards and serving as chapter President. She played a critical role in launching the in-house initiative and a design scholarship fund for the chapter.

Christine earned a Master's in User Experience Design from Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) and a BFA in Design from Tyler School of Art.
