Biography

Born in Hong Kong and raised in the United States, Alan Wan has built an accomplished career in animation, beginning as a storyboard artist in 1999. Since then, he has worked across major studios, including Warner Bros., Disney, Nickelodeon, and Netflix, taking on roles as both director and producer. His work has earned him nominations for several prestigious awards, including the Primetime Emmy, ASIFA Annie Awards, and the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA).

In 2023, Alan co-founded Studio Giggex, with its debut project, Sonic X Shadow Generations: Dark Beginnings, developed in partnership with Sega USA. His extensive experience in animation and production spans numerous celebrated projects, such as Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Blue Eye Samurai, TMNT 2012, and Star Trek: Prodigy.
