Randy Hild



Randy Hild is a Southern California-based creative with a storied career in the action sports industry that spans more than 30 years. As the Global Creative Director at Quiksilver, Inc., Hild was instrumental in building the Roxy brand to over $700 million globally, making it one of the largest within the surf industry. Hild was recognized in Surfer Magazine's Power issue as one of the most influential industry leaders and was included on the cover next to industry icons Kelly Slater and Laird Hamilton. As co-founder of the Funstrs creative agency since 2012, he is currently working with large legacy global brands, including Jose Cuervo, Ralph Lauren and The World Surf League. He is one of the founding partners of the Surfing Heritage and Cultural Center in San Clemente and has served on the board of the Surf Industry Manufacturer Association.
