Biography

Ken Aguado is an Emmy-winning producer, screenwriter, playwright and author. His most recent films are the acclaimed An Interview with God, which he wrote and produced, and the award-winning PBS documentary Miracle on 42nd Street. He also wrote the upcoming film A Visit to Grandpa's, starring Anthony Hopkins. 

His previous producer credits include Standing Up, The Salton Sea, Ticker, Crazy as Hell and Sexual Life. Ken was also the co-author of pitching textbook The Hollywood Pitching Bible, now in its 4th edition, and the author of Based On: A Non-Lawyer's GUIDE to Acquiring Film and Television Rights from Everywhere. 

Prior to his producing career, Aguado was a studio executive for several production companies, including Kings Road Entertainment, Miller-Boyett Productions and The Badham/Cohen Group. Aguado was born and raised in Westchester County, New York. He attended Tulane University in New Orleans where he graduated with a degree in Psychology.
