Biography

Victor spent a decade at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory leading a software incubator that brought cutting-edge industry capabilities into space exploration. He has honed his product strategy expertise at Amazon, GoogleX, and Toyota Research, and now drives space innovation full-time with NASA/JPL, Caltech, ETH Zurich, and other applied research institutions.

His work sits at the intersection of space exploration and emerging technology, formulating new mission concepts by connecting novel research to real flight opportunities.
