Bruce Heavin Media Production Studio

The Bruce Heavin Media Production Studio was established to support online learning and create greater awareness of the College. This is achieved in several ways, including a new series of videos that tell the stories of our alumni, faculty and students, video capture of on-campus lectures, and the development of online course offerings.

The studio boasts a state-of-the-art film stage, audio/visual technology, sound isolation rooms, editing bays and a viewing lounge. The Studio is intended to support the College in delivering online learning experiences.

During the last several months, the College has been preparing to launch ArtCenter Online, a new initiative to offer entry-level, on-demand courses to individuals who aspire to become professional designers. The studio provides the vital resources needed to develop additional courses across art and design disciplines for a wide spectrum of learners.

The Bruce Heavin Media Production Studio was designed by Darin Johnstone Architects.
