Mungo Thomson

BIOGRAPHY

Mungo Thomson attended the Whitney Independent Study Program in New York and received an MFA from UCLA. He has had solo shows at the Hammer Museum, Los Angeles (2008); The Kadist Art Foundation, Paris (2007); and GAMeC, Bergamo, Italy (2006). He was recently included in the Istanbul, Whitney, Le Havre and Panama Biennials. His book Negative Space was published by JRP|Ringier (2006), and his book Font Study (TIME) was published by LACMA (2011). In 2012 JRP|Ringier will publish his book Crickets.
