Biography

Dennis Lee is an award-winning creative director with more than 20 years of experience in advertising. He has created campaigns for some of the world's biggest brands including IBM, ESPN, Cisco, HTC, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and Cedars-Sinai, among others. 

Lee started his advertising career at Ogilvy & Mather New York, where he worked on IBM. After four years of New York winters, he returned to his home state of California and joined Y&R Irvine, where he worked on Land Rover. In 2007, he joined WongDoody LA and led work for the agency’s top clients, including ESPN, Autodesk and Round Table Pizza. Lee then accepted a creative director role at Ogilvy & Mather Los Angeles, where he created work for Cisco, Qualcomm and HTC. He returned to WongDoody in 2014 to oversee creative for Cedars-Sinai, Houston Methodist Hospital and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Last year he started his own agency called SideCar Collective with clients that include Cisco, Corolla Drinks and SnackNation. Lee has been teaching at Art Center College of Design since 2004.
