Peng Tao Yu's innovative proposal for a new American Red Cross emergency response vehicle employs conversion kits that transform ordinary rental trucks into effective emergency response vehicles in a fraction of the time and cost. The Red Cross is currently putting the idea into action to save millions of dollars and speed response to those in need. ArtCenter and Peng Tao were both awarded the certificate of appreciation from American Red Cross executive leadership.
