ACX Teens offers scholarships to students who demonstrate financial need and creative potential. Scholarships cover the full cost of one ACX Teens class or—during the summer—the full cost of one ACX Teens class, one workshop or one four-week Summer Intensive. Please indicate which scholarship you are applying for on the registration form.
Visit our calendar for scholarship deadlines.
ACX Teens will offer one deadline to apply for a Fall 2023 scholarship. A student may receive one scholarship that covers the full tuition of one 10-week class. If you do not receive the scholarship, you will be notified with enough time to pay for a course if you choose to.
Deadlines:
Fall 2023 scholarship deadline
Deadline: September 14, 2023
In order to streamline the scholarship process, the ACX Teens scholarship application will not require samples of work or a letter of recommendation. Until further notice, ACX Teens applicants must submit one item: a completed registration form with household income.
Submit your registration form—with Scholarship Applicants Only section filled out—to teens@artcenter.edu. Please include a mailing address as well as an email address; we need both in order to process the application.
You will be notified by email if you received a scholarship. Each scholarship applicant is evaluated based on a combination of available scholarship funds and the applicant's financial need.
Students applying for scholarships will receive award notification by email within two weeks after the scholarship deadline. Please do not call the ACX Teens office.
Applicants not awarded a scholarship may still enroll in a class, based on space availability, by submitting tuition payment before or on the first day of classes.
Please note: Students who do not receive a scholarship should be aware that classes fill quickly. We cannot guarantee a space in class for ACX Teens scholarship applicants, only those who receive a scholarship.
