If you have any questions regarding your registration, contact the ACX Kids office kids@artcenter.edu.
While we recommend students use our secure online registration process as the fastest way to register and pay for ACX Kids courses, you can also register via email. To do so, send your completed registration form (including debit or credit card information) to kids@artcenter.edu.
Your space in class is not guaranteed until your registration has been received and successfully processed.
It is your responsibility to follow up with the ACX Kids office to ensure that we receive your email and that your registration form is legible.
Students who register by email will receive a registration confirmation letter by email. New students will receive an ArtCenter username and password. Save this information as you will need it to check your course schedule, access your class materials, log-in to your class session (for all online courses), check your grades, obtain an unofficial transcript and register for classes in the future.
Our office is currently operating remotely. We are available by phone or email at this time.
Registration forms and course tuition must be received by the Friday preceding the start of the term. Your early registration reserves your seat in a class and helps ensure your course selections meet required enrollment levels.
Courses without the required minimum enrollment, as determined by the program director, will be cancelled one to three days before the first class meeting. Students enrolled in a cancelled course will be notified by an ACX staff member.
Your space in class is not guaranteed until your registration has been received and processed. We highly recommend using our secure online registration process as the fastest way to register and pay for ACX Kids courses. Online registration is accepted seven days a week.
Be sure to check our Calendar for important course registration dates.
Late registration forms will be accepted the first week of the term for courses with available seats. Forms can be submitted online, in person at the ACX office, or by fax with credit card payment. Download forms here.
A $20 fee will be changed for the first returned check. Additional fees will be charged for any subsequent returned checks.
International students whose native language is one other than English must score at least 173 on the computer-based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or 61 on the Internet-based TOEFL (iBT) before registering for ACX studio art courses. A score of 213 (CBT) or 80 (iBT) is required for Humanities and Sciences courses. A copy of your score report should accompany your registration form.
Students with visas such as B-1 or B-2 should be aware that their immigration status may be in jeopardy. The ACX program is not authorized to issue I-20s, nor are we able to advise students on any visa issues.
