Over the last 15 years, JD Buckley has successfully introduced new tools and techniques for both quantitative and qualitative user experience research to a variety of Internet, entertainment, automotive, gaming and medical companies, including Yahoo!, Idealab, DirecTV, Kelley Blue Book, IGN and Kaiser Permanente. A passionate advocate of collaborative design and data triangulation, JD employs a combination of research methods across desktop, tablet and mobile devices to inspire and inform innovative solutions.
