This project was inspired by my fascination with dystopian novels. The worlds in these types of fiction are reflective of our own society and are a reminder of what our present looks like and what our future may hold. As a social impact designer, novels like Orwell's 1984, are a constant reminder of the work left to improve the social condition and find opportunities to create a better future. This book cover aims to communicate the boldness of Orwell's writing and the eeriness between the parallels of our world and that in the novel.
