A Desirable Place, Lugar de Anhelo, is a social housing design that proposes an example of versatile living systems that can adapt to future urbanization. It can provide a community-based solution to the imminent capacity problems of Santa Clara. Santa Clara County, near San Francisco, is the selected location because of its increasing population, insufficient housing resources, unaffordable health care, cost of living, and booming homeless problem.
