Students in our Undergraduate Environmental Design program create spatial experiences and learn how to design human-centered projects that include furniture, lighting and other interior components, with a focus on the responsible use of materials and building and manufacturing practices. Students master a wide range of spatial projects in many scales, from brand-driven retail design and theme-based restaurants to hotel lobbies and exhibition spaces.
Students in our Graduate Environmental Design program focus on the parameters of sensory-based design, taking themselves beyond the confines of style to consider the links between the psychological, physical, emotional and sensory effects of design.
