ArtCenter at Night Open House
Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2015, 7-9 pm
Art Center's South Campus
950 S. Raymond Ave, Pasadena

ArtCenter at Night's Annual Open House is the perfect opportunity to become better acquainted with the wide range of dynamic classes offered through ArtCenter College of Design's continuing studies program. Visit ACN classes, sit in on presentations, view ACN student work and meet our faculty, students and staff. This year also marks ArtCenter College of Design's 85th Anniversary – since the “Evening Division” has also been around since 1930, it's also our Anniversary!

Rob Sherrill will demonstrate methods taught in his painting classes and will be available to answer questions about his new class: Aesthetic Themes in Figure Painting. Rob will also share samples of student work from Plein Air Painting as well as his other classes.

Advisors from ArtCenter's office of Admissions will also conduct an information session for students interested ArtCenter's full-time undergraduate and graduate degree programs.(7:45-8:30 pm)

ArtCenter Librarians will be on hand to introduce ACN students and faculty to Art Center's library services available to them.

A representative from ArtCenter's Student Store will also be at the event to let students know about the variety of art supplies, software and publications they sell. ArtCenter's Student Store is also an authorized Apple seller.

TEDx ACCD: Systems by Design
Through a student-led effort, TEDx is coming to ArtCenter on September 12. Members of the TEDxACCD Student Team will be on hand to answer questions about this upcoming event.
