Complete the entire registration form, including the scholarship section. Mail the completed form to:

The deadlines for scholarship applications are:
SUMMER 2009: MAY 21
FALL 2009: SEPTEMBER 17
SPRING 2010: JANUARY 21

Notification
Scholarship applicants will by notified of the scholarship committee’s decision by mail two weeks prior to the start of the term.
