To register

Registration for available classes will be accepted until the first day of class, but classes fill quickly. If you want to join us, sign up early in the registration period. (See Calendar for dates.)

Priority Online Registration
The quickest way to register is by using our online registration process. Online registration may only be used if you are paying tuition by credit card. Please follow the steps below. The courses listed on the "COURSES" page represent Art Center for Kids courses offered this term. Sunday classes are seven weeks long, unless otherwise indicated.

For course description, prerequisite information and course tuition, click on a specific course title. A second window will open.

Returning Students:

Step 1:
Login using your User ID and password

Step 2:
To register for a class, return to the "SELECT COURSE SECTIONS" page and click the "select" box next to a course title to add it to your "shopping cart". See our calendar for course registration dates.
When you are finished selecting courses, click on "SUBMIT" at the bottom of the page to start our secure, priority online registration process.

Step 3:
Pay for Art Center for Kids classes: Verify the classes you have selected, confirm course schedule and tuition. Select "REGISTER NOW" (CHECK OUT), "METHOD OF PAYMENT" and "SUBMIT" to complete your registration. For online registration, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, or American Express are accepted.

Step 4:
Your credit card will be processed immediately.

Step 5:
Your Art Center for Kids registration will be confirmed by email.

New Students:

Step 1:

Personal Identification: Create Art Center for Kids student account

Pay for Art Center for Kids classes: Verify the classes you have selected, confirm course schedule and tuition. Select "REGISTER NOW" (CHECK OUT), "METHOD OF PAYMENT" and "SUBMIT" to complete your registration. For online registration, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, or American Express are accepted.

Step 4:
Your credit card will be processed immediately.

Step 5:
Your Art Center for Kids student log-in, password and registration will be confirmed by email.

Please note: Your enrollment in your selected classes is not confirmed until you see a CLASS/PAYMENT CONFIRMATION page listing the classes in which you successfully enrolled.

If your credit card is declined, your registration will not be processed. Please contact your credit card company if you feel your card was declined in error.

IF REGISTERING BY MAIL*
Students paying by check or money order must use the "print-out" version of the registration form and will need to write in the courses they want on the form. SUGGESTION: Print out a copy of this form first to make your course selection process easier. Send the completed registration form with your full tuition payment to

Payment by mail may be in the form of personal or company checks, money orders, or credit card. Cash is not accepted.

Registration will be confirmed by mail (see "CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION" below for more details.)

You may fax your registration form to (626) 396-4219. Registration will be confirmed by mail.

IF REGISTERING IN PERSON*
Submit the completed registration form and payment to:

Late Registration
Late Registration will be held at the Public Programs Office from 8-11 a.m. on the first day of classes at the South Campus, 950 South Raymond Ave., Pasadena, CA 91105

Confirmation Of Registration
Online registration will be confirmed via email. In person, faxed, or mailed registration will be confirmed by mail.

Tuition
Tuition at Art Center for Kids is $260 per course. This fee includes the cost of all materials.

Cancellations
Art Center reserves the right to cancel any class, limit class size, change times, or substitute instructors for those listed in the course schedule as the college deems necessary. Class cancellations will not be announced until the end of the registration period. You will receive a full refund if the college must cancel a class for which you have registered.

Refunds
A full refund will be given to any student who withdraws by written notice to the Art Center for Kids program before the start of the first class. After the first class, there will be no refunds.
