Thomas Müller is a strategic design executive and brand experience visionary who passionately believes in the essences of simplicity to enable remarkable experiences through any service, interaction or communication. Working at consultancies and on the client side, Müller got his start in New York at Razorfish as design director, helping to build design teams across offices while leading projects for clients including AOL, CBS, Ford, Time Warner, Charles Schwab and Giorgio Armani. He was chief experience officer at Siegel & Gale where he worked with brands such as American Express, Bank of America, Citi, United Airlines’ Mileage Plus, HP, SAP and Rotary International. Previously, he helped Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and Arnold Worldwide build world-class digital user experience teams. Currently, Müller is regional design director for Europe and Latin America with Fjord Design and Innovation from Accenture Interactive based in Berlin.
