In this fixed-gear supine machine the rider, designer Doug Malewicki's 8-year-old daughter, pedaled in a supine position with her arms inserted in the front cowling. She reached a top speed of 29.62 mph in 200 meters, in May of 1979. The vehicle features a novel steering system, in which one side of the wheel is hard mounted to the frame and on the other side the rider pulls back to turn the wheel. It was designed for the now defunct Ontario Motor Speedway, where their was no need to have a short turning radius. The outriggers are model airplane wheels with bearings mounted in them.
