Artificial Intelligence L.A. (AI LA) invites the public to a moderated panel discussion and networking reception with Dr. Laura Li, founder of Breakthrough Genomics; Dr. Dan Ruderman, assistant professor of research medicine at the Lawrence J. Ellison Institute for Transformative Medicine of USC; and Dr. Yisong Yue, assistant professor of Computing and Mathematical Sciences at Caltech. The panel will build on a series of ideas generated at a daylong summit to solve problems in the healthcare and life sciences. Tickets to the panel and networking reception are still available.

The summit has been designed for health system leaders—including healthcare experts, data scientists, med-tech startups, civic service providers and researchers—to work with successful, passionate professionals from a variety of industries to brainstorm tech-oriented solutions to a range of medical- and health-related issues.

The summit will include facilitated breakout sessions, during which ArtCenter students will help visualize and align insights, questions and conversations using design-methodologies. The goal is to develop actionable recommendations in a short period of time while also developing a plethora of new ideas and insights individuals can bring back to their own organization.
