This Fall, ArtCenter partners with the Main Museum for a public conversation between Tanya Aguiñiga and Josh Kun.

Aguiñiga, artist, activist, designer, craftsperson, educator, mother and founder of AMBOS Project (Art Made Between Opposite Sides) has been active at the US border for years and has focused on collaboration and diversity in cultural audiences and communities.

Kun, newly appointed Director of USC’s Annenberg School for Communication, Professor and Chair in Cross-Cultural Communication and 2016 MacArthur Fellow, similarly moves across borders both geographic and academic focusing on what he terms the “arts and politics of cultural connection.”

This event is free and open to the public. Don't forget to RSVP.

ArtCenter Dialogues, a Toyota Motor Company Endowed Lecture Series programmed by ArtCenter's Humanities and Sciences Department, provides a forum for guests from a wide variety of backgrounds to inspire thoughtful discussion and broaden perspectives. Speakers engage the community in a flexible number of educational platforms, including lectures, panel discussions, workshops and collaborative endeavors.
