Three creative leaders shed light on the unique challenges and triumphs of working inside the top companies and organizations.

Lois Kim, Visual Strategist, NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory

Lois Kim works on bringing concepts and missions of scientists and engineers to life through her visual language. With these concepts, she creates and art directs visually intriguing stories, designs, branding, print, and art installations. She hopes that her work will spark inspiration and show the beauty of science through art and design.

Michael Pourmohsen, Director of Graphic Design, LACMA

Michael Pourmohsen is responsible for overseeing and managing the production of approximately 1000 projects a year, including exhibition design, marketing collateral, web and digital assets, invitations, educational brochures, membership direct mail, and store products. Prior to LACMA, Michael worked at TBWA\Chiat\Day, where he oversaw the production of print materials for such brands as Infiniti, The Grammys and Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Matthew Potter, Creative Director, Interaction Design, Designworks, A BMW Group Company

Matthew Potter leads a team of interaction designers and an array of user interface design initiatives for projects ranging from in-car digital displays, mobile devices, in-flight entertainment systems to various other product specific GUIs.
