How to Register
The courses listed on the "COURSES" webpage represent Art Center at Night courses offered this term. Studio classes meet for 14 weeks, unless otherwise indicated. Look for shorter sessions among specialized workshops, Made in L.A., and liberal arts/sciences listings. Hint: To see a list of all courses offered this term, simply select "Submit" at the bottom of the page. For course description, prerequisite information and course tuition, click on a specific course title. A second window will open. New Students: Please note: Your enrollment in your selected classes is not confirmed until you see a CLASS/PAYMENT CONFIRMATION page listing the classes in which you successfully enrolled. Returning Students: Please note: Your enrollment in your selected classes is not confirmed until you see a CLASS/PAYMENT CONFIRMATION page listing the classes in which you successfully enrolled. If your credit card is declined, your registration will not be processed. Please contact your credit card company if you feel your card was declined in error. Prerequisites: If you would like to waive a prerequisite for a class, please contact our office at 626-396-2319 to schedule an appointment with an advisor. You may also email samples of work that demonstrate the prerequisite skills to acan@artcenter.edu. Be sure to include the name of the class that you would like to take in your email. Discounts: Art Center at Night is pleased to offer discounts to Art Center Alumni, Senior Citizens, and Teachers. We also offer Professional Development Discounts on a small selection of classes for K-12 Art Teachers and Arts Providers. Please see REGISTRATION INFO > DISCOUNTS for details.
Students who would prefer to register in person may do so during office hours at the Public Programs office, located at Art Center’s South Campus. In-person tuition may be paid with a personal or company check, money order or credit card. Cash cannot be accepted. Please note: In-person registration forms received after 5 pm will be processed on the next business day. Your space in class is not guaranteed until your registration has been processed. We recommend using our secure online registration process as the fastest way to register and pay for Art Center at Night classes. Public Programs office hours: Monday through Thursday, 10 am - 10 pm and Friday 9 am - 5 pm. The office is closed on weekends and major holidays. If you register in person, you will receive a registration confirmation letter by mail, along with an ACN student User Name and Password. Please save the User Name and Password as you will need this information to go online to check your class schedule, add and drop courses online, check your grades or view an unofficial transcript.
Please fill out the registration form and mail it to Art Center at Night along with course tuition payable by personal or company check, money order or credit card. Cash cannot be accepted. Send the completed registration form with the full course tuition payment to: Art Center at Night, P.O. Box 7197, Pasadena, CA 91109-7197. Or, you may fax your registration to 626.396.4219. You must include your credit card information for payment if you register by fax. Your space in class is not guaranteed until your registration has been processed. We recommend using our secure online registration process as the fastest way to register and pay for Art Center at Night classes. Students who register by mail before August 30 will be mailed a registration confirmation letter, along with an ACN student User Name and Password. Please save the User Name and Password as you will need this information to go online to check your class schedule, add and drop courses online, check your grades or get an unofficial transcript. If your registration is received after September 4, you may not receive your confirmation letter before the start of the term. It is your responsibility to confirm your registration and class schedule with our office. You may pick up your confirmation letter in the Public Programs office at Art Center’s South Campus during the first week of class.
