BIOGRAPHY
Artist, urbanist, consultant, and professor of Urban Studies andPlanning. Various research projects have focused on such diverse topics as Mojave Desert hydrology, Inland Empire transportationinfrastructure, and environmental philosophy. His activities have been funded by the California Council for the Humanities, the LEF Foundation, Rain Bird, The Beall Center for Art and Technology, and the University of California Institute for Research in the Arts.EDUCATION
