The Asset Management Administrator is responsible for the management of the complete lifecycle of hardware and software assets at the College. This includes inventory management, lease cycle coordination, and asset planning and forecasting. The position is responsible for tracking and managing purchased and leased technology equipment until the asset is disposed of or returned to the College's lessor. The Asset Management Administrator generates reports, monitors changes in asset deployment, and coordinates related activities with the internal team and external vendors. The position also implements procedures for tracking the College's technology assets, and helps develop policies to ensure quality control throughout their lifecycles. Will require traveling between campuses. May need to work nights and weekends.

Physical: The position is generally sedentary, but may walk or stand for brief periods of time. Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (up to 50 pounds); to operate modern office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. May have to travel between buildings and campuses.
Vision: Must be able to have the visual capacity to perform activities such as preparing and reading reports, viewing a computer terminal and other normal office work with or without correction.
Hearing: Must be able to communicate effectively in the course of normal office communication or exchange ideas with or without correction.
